INTRODUCTION
Dr. Li Is a professor of Special Appointment (Eastern Scholar) at Shanghai Institutions of Higher Learning; Shanghai “Shu Guang” Scholar; Project Leader of the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program). Dr. Li won several prestigious awards, including Young Investigator Awards of NARSAD and CTF.
